The creators are Values Education majors from Philippine Normal University-Manila.
The goal of the Values Education Program (VEP) is to provide and promote values education at all levels of the educational system for the development of the human person committed to the building of “a just and humane society” and an independent and democratic nation. This is to ensure that the core values of Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa are instilled among the learners.
In line with this, the creators are currently taking two related courses: "Design Thinking and Innovation for Service Learning" and "The Teacher and Community, School Culture, and Organizational Leadership"
The course "Design Thinking and Innovation for Service Learning" is expected to develop competent pre-service teachers who can:

Following the objectives of these two courses, the creators advocate for community development through voter's education that will integrate civic consciousness and active participation.

The course "Design Thinking and Innovation for Service Learning" is expected to develop competent pre-service teachers who can:
- examine one's moral reasoning and ethical choices using various philosophical and theoretical orientations for a more meaningful and purposeful life;
- use critical and informed thinking in making sense of local, national, regional, and global trends as these produce the interplay of various factors that shape human values;
- conduct research and use results to improve values education; and
- demonstrate competencies of an effective values education teacher with strong PCK and TPCK grounded on strong ethical and moral principles.
Moreover, the course "Teacher and Community, School Culture, and Organizational Leadership" is expected to develop competent pre-service teachers who can:
- develop competent pre-service teachers who are reflective teachers who continually improve on their teaching practice, value professional growth and active professional engagement; and
- able to establish community-school partnership and community engagement in the educative process.
Following the objectives of these two courses, the creators advocate for community development through voter's education that will integrate civic consciousness and active participation.
